Chris Brown arrived and helped me analyze my opener problems. Chris offered solution options and I chose to replace the opener. I asked Chris when could he come back to replace the opener. I would like to comment on Eric Johnson.He never took a break except for water seeing that was one of the hottest we've had. He had to reinstall the entire function of the old door before he completely over before he could start the new door He started the procedure mid-morning and didn't leave until after 7:00 pm. My tenant called to say the old garage door was broken and she could operate it. I had no idea who to call about it so I googled and Precision was the first one to come up. I took a chance and called them. I had a technician at the house within a couple of hours. He evaluated the problem and told me that it could be fixed, but it would be a "bandaid" kind of fix. He showed me the options and prices for a new door (which really was the right answer in this case), and we scheduled for a couple days away. The door was installed today, and I'm so glad I called Precision! The entire process was easy and seamless. They follow up with you at several points to ensure you're satisfied with the service and the product. Our technician was very well versed, very nice, very safe, and neat. I'd hire Precision time and again!

Started as a call for a repair to a 20-year old Stanley garage door opener. After researching on-line, found out they stopped making them in 1997 and my house was built in 1998.....which means I never really had any warranty on existing garage opener. Found Precision on line and filled in request for estimate.....they called within 10 minutes and scheduled a time, which was the very next day. Technician was on time and within 15 minutes, we knew a repair was not the answer or fix. Decided to have new door opener installed. Holy Moly, what a difference....so quiet and smooth.
