Richard Jones was the BEST!! He called prior to arrival with an ETA, sent a text with his picture (so we would know who to expect at our door), assessed our situation (broken spring and NOISY old chain motor), thoroughly explained several options, and quickly took our set-up from 1996 into the future—the ONLY thing that slowed him down was me not being able to remember our wi-fi password. We are so very pleased with the service, quality of work, and our new motor. Thank you!!

Richard Jones was my technician. He was very knowledgeable about all things garage door related! He explained what went wrong and what needed to be done to get it working properly again. One of the springs broke and needed replacing so I decided to upgrade some of the other parts as well which included a 10-year warranty. He worked quickly and quietly to get it done.
