Our neighbor recommended Precision Door. And from the first phone call to the last everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you Lady's in the office! Our tech, Blake, was very knowledgeable and took time explaining what was needed for the repair. After he gave us several options for the repair, we were able to decide without feeling pressured. The work was done the same day and took exactly the amount of time he said. Everything was picked up and clean as if he hadn't been there. And OMG, now our door is sooo quiet and opens so easily. When our garage door quit working on a Sunday, I took a chance and called Precision Doors and was very surprised that a live person answered. She was very pleasant and scheduled an appointment for first thing on Monday. I then received an email confirmation stating who the technician would be along with his picture and a little information about him. Kinsman called about 15 minutes prior to arriving which was very nice. He was very professional and explained what the problem was and gave different options for repairing it. Within 2 hours he had the new spring mechanism and rollers installed. Kinsman was very polite and patient answering my questions. I would highly recommend Precision.
