We had an awesome experience with Precision Garage Door; They responded quickly after we had damage to our door and it would not open. Jacob Howard identified the problems and walked us through the options. Kevin Jones arrived shortly there after and performed the repairs. Both gentlemen were very professional. Been using the garage door now for a couple of days and there has been no issues.

Great job by Blake...is was very helpful and explaining the issue with the garage door motor and our options and what would help make the door open and close more efficiently.... with less noise!! He gave us three options, to pick from and explained each one. He finished in less time than he had estimate..... and a very NICE young man!!... Our neighbor recommended Precision Door. And from the first phone call to the last everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you Lady's in the office! Our tech, Blake, was very knowledgeable and took time explaining what was needed for the repair. After he gave us several options for the repair, we were able to decide without feeling pressured. When our garage door quit working on a Sunday, I took a chance and called Precision Doors and was very surprised that a live person answered. She was very pleasant and scheduled an appointment for first thing on Monday. I then received an email confirmation stating who the technician would be along with his picture and a little information about him. Kinsman called about 15 minutes prior to arriving which was very nice. He was very professional and explained what the problem was and gave different options for repairing it. Within 2 hours he had the new spring mechanism and rollers installed. Kinsman was very polite and patient answering my questions. I would highly recommend Precision.
