Timely response to my need for help. Multiple solutions offered. Good service and patience of installer when electricity went out during installation. Product seems to be of quality but only time will tell. Warranty of 5 years is appreciated.

5 Star Excellent! The quality of the garage door and installation was excellent. I highly recommend Travis Gentry. He first came out to give me an estimate. He was very knowable, competent and took plenty of time to explain everything to me. He did an outstanding job installing the door, took his time and made sure everything was installed properly. He then demonstrated to me how to operate and care for the door. Precision Doors provides extras on their doors that I didn't even know should be on the door. I could not be happier with the door and extra kudos to Travis. He truly is an asset to Precision Doors!
