They was on time Firstly. Time is money for myself. They were straight to the point with what I needed, very well informed and explained my options. Price was very fair , two hours later the job was done. Their work is great. I have a bigger 2 car garage door and their electric opener is so quiet and works perfectly. These guys were fabulous. I was ill and could not reattach the garage door to the emergency release. My husband was out of town. So, knowing they were going to charge me a service call fee I called anyway. They connected it back and checked functionality and did not charge me a service fee. Jacob showed up and was very knowledgeable. I had a previous company come out and it was a disaster. I felt they were doing more damage than good. I knew in a short amount of time that I was going to pick Precision to replace my garage door opener, spring, and rollers. In addition to installing a security keypad. Said they can do it in the same day. Antonio Gilchrist the installer showed up. He was very professional, knowledgeable with a great attitude. Made sure everything worked, including my connection to my garage door via the app. At a certain point, what’s your time worth? I work full-time and don’t always have time to do these bigger tasks.
