Jacob showed up and was very knowledgeable. I had a previous company come out and it was a disaster. I felt they were doing more damage than good. I knew in a short amount of time that I was going to pick Precision to replace my garage door opener, spring, and rollers. In addition to installing a security keypad. Said they can do it in the same day. Antonio Gilchrist the installer showed up. He was very professional, knowledgeable with a great attitude. Made sure everything worked, including my connection to my garage door via the app. At a certain point, what’s your time worth? I work full-time and don’t always have time to do these bigger tasks.
