Initially this review would have been two stars due to the fact that I had an appointment set up for Oct 31st from 2p until 4p, scheduled personnel to stay on overtime only to be no call no showed. I called the office and let them know it was after 4p and we haven't heard from anyone. the administrative assistant was very apologetic and helped set up a service call for the following Monday morning. I had asked them to have the tech notify me 30 minutes in advance of his arrival and he did. Ross the tech was great, he went through everything step by step, was very thorough and produced a proposal before leaving. You can thank Ross for raising the score from two stars to five stars

Jacob showed up and was very knowledgeable. I had a previous company come out and it was a disaster. I felt they were doing more damage than good. I knew in a short amount of time that I was going to pick Precision to replace my garage door opener, spring, and rollers. In addition to installing a security keypad. Said they can do it in the same day. Antonio Gilchrist the installer showed up. He was very professional, knowledgeable with a great attitude. Made sure everything worked, including my connection to my garage door via the app. At a certain point, what’s your time worth? I work full-time and don’t always have time to do these bigger tasks. I got a lifetime warranty, peace of mind and no regrets. Can’t say enough and how appreciative I was that everything was done in a short amount of time. Don’t hesitate to use this company.
