Our 1st experience with your company was excellent. Jacob and Antonio were not only professional, but also very friendly and courteous. They both answered all questions that we had. We love the quietness of our new motor. We would definitely recommend your company and use your services again.

Antonio did a great job and made a great impression with his professionalism and wonderful personality. I would give him 6 stars if I could. However, the use of AI for making appointments made a very bad impression! If I had not previously done business with your company I would have hung up and called someone else as soon as I became aware of it’s use.

James was here on time and was very polite. He worked very hard in this awful heat. Your company was highly recommended to me from my son and son-in-law. I really appreciate the promptness. I called on Monday and he was here on Tuesday morning. Thank you. Yvonne Barnum

We have been very satisfied with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. The installers were very courteous and professional. From start to finish they did an excellent job. Beau asked several times if we had any questions or did anything need further explanation. The finished doors are beautiful and so very quiet when going up or down. Thank you!

I had the overall garage door package. The two technicians were very professional and respectful. The team were very knowledgeable and provided a detailed explanation of the work that is to be provided. They completed the work in short order. No breaks nor any foolishness. Post repair, they went over the work preformed. They also explained the operation of the new digital two control panels. This is the first experience working with Precision Garage Door Service. I would not hesitate to use this company again. I was very impressed with all aspects of this company.

I contacted this company last Friday afternoon and explained what I was looking for. I wanted them to come out and review the property and told them I wanted our carpenter here as well. They called me early this morning and sent somebody out to review our situation. The contact back with me was very fast. The gentleman that came out was very informative and courteous. He answered all of my questions. He informed the carpenter as of the scope of the work. I received my estimates within an hour after the worker came out. Very impressive.

I often wondered when my garage door would fail to work. That day came on Monday evening. I called Precision early on Tuesday morning and by lunch a tech was there to diagnose the problem . Quotes were given and explained completely. The next day the repair tech was there by 8:30 am and by lunch the repairs were complete. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Repair (They came highly recommended by my neighbor who had recently used them ). The money we spent was worth every penny. Thank you Precision!!!!
