I contacted this company last Friday afternoon and explained what I was looking for. I wanted them to come out and review the property and told them I wanted our carpenter here as well. They called me early this morning and sent somebody out to review our situation. The contact back with me was very fast. The gentleman that came out was very informative and courteous. He answered all of my questions. He informed the carpenter as of the scope of the work. I received my estimates within an hour after the worker came out. Very impressive.

I often wondered when my garage door would fail to work. That day came on Monday evening. I called Precision early on Tuesday morning and by lunch a tech was there to diagnose the problem . Quotes were given and explained completely. The next day the repair tech was there by 8:30 am and by lunch the repairs were complete. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Repair (They came highly recommended by my neighbor who had recently used them ). The money we spent was worth every penny. Thank you Precision!!!!

I'm happy I found this company. I called on a Friday afternoon, they were at my house on Monday morning ready to go to work. Richard troubleshot and diagnosed the problem. He then gave me quotes on 3 levels of service, from replacing the springs and rollers to replacing the motor assembly because they are 20 years old but still functional. We settled on the 2nd quote which offered a 10 year warranty. Richard did great work and finished in an hour. Precision is now my new garage door service company. Highly recommended!

I have had on-going, but intermittent problems with my garage door with "repairs" made by contractors for my home warranties. Problems continued. I called Precision Sunday night and Monday morning I got a call and an appointment was set for late that afternoon. Tech Richard Jones called when he was on his way to my house. Very impressive young man: Knowledgeable, skilled, courteous. He diagnosed the problem and offer a variety of options. Only time will tell if he fixed the problem(s) so I will keep my fingers crossed.

Richard showed up at the prescribed time and took his time to answer all of our questions and put together an estimate. Richard was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We required a complete makeover (New garage door, trim, operator motor, etc.) in our home. Our current garage door (Installed when our Elliott Home was built in 2020) failed and smashed my wife's car causing lots of damage. He called prior to arrival with an ETA, sent a text with his picture (so we would know who to expect at our door), assessed our situation (broken spring and NOISY old chain motor), thoroughly explained several options, and quickly took our set-up from 1996 into the future—the ONLY thing that slowed him down was me not being able to remember our wi-fi password.
