Cameron was very professional in that he immediately was able to diagnose the problem with my garage door opener. I was fully prepared to purchase a completely new unit , but thankfully, that wasn't the case! My garage door opener that was at least 12 years old died on Friday morning. I called Precision Door Service and they were out to my house before lunch. The technician, Joey, was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He answered all my questions and installed my new opener quickly and cleaned up everything when finished. Michael arrived on schedule, presented himself in a personable and professional manner and immediately got to work removing my old, broken garage door. It was very obvious hat he knows the removal and installation process very well. The installation involved reinforcing the supporting structure of the garage as well as removing the old door and installing the new one. At the end of 6 1/2 hours, my old door was out of sight on the truck and my new door was installed and fully operational. Excellent work and a beautiful job. All though the installtion process we were updated on the progress and at all times Michael was the cosummate professional remaining up beat and personable throughout the lengthy installation on a hot day..
