I was very pleased with the technician and his knowledge of the equipment that was to be installed. The time was very quick and we were happy to see that he decided to come do the job even though it was raining. Again we are very pleased with the unit that was installed and it is very quiet. Thank you very much. Being a DAV the 10% was wonderful, just wish it could have been more.

Second time I have used Precision. This time had my torsion springs replaced and belt replaced on my opener. Technician was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. The repair was reasonable priced and the tech quoted me several options allowing me to make the correct decision for the plan that met my needs. Highly recommend Precision Door and will always call them for any future repairs I might need.

Cameron was very professional in that he immediately was able to diagnose the problem with my garage door opener. I was fully prepared to purchase a completely new unit , but thankfully, that wasn't the case! Cameron took time to explain each step he performed so that if the problem was to re-occur, I will be able to recognize it. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again..... We contacted Precision for an estimate. Tommy inspected our garage door and opener and provided options for repairing the existing door and opener--or installation of new products. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. We were provided a written estimate later the same day for a new installation. Service and response time was excellent.
