The spring on my 10 year old garage door broke on a Friday evening. While researching repair companies, I was impressed with the reviews of Precision Door Service. I called at 8:30 PM and had an appointment for 8:00 - 10:00 AM Saturday morning. Kinsman called at 8:00 AM and arrived 20 minutes later. He examined the garage door and gave me three options to repair the damage. After choosing, Kinsman completed the job in about an hour, cleaned up all the trash, and explained everything he did. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door work.

When our garage door quit working on a Sunday, I took a chance and called Precision Doors and was very surprised that a live person answered. She was very pleasant and scheduled an appointment for first thing on Monday. I then received an email confirmation stating who the technician would be along with his picture and a little information about him. Kinsman called about 15 minutes prior to arriving which was very nice. He was very professional and explained what the problem was and gave different options for repairing it. Within 2 hours he had the new spring mechanism and rollers installed. Kinsman was very polite and patient answering my questions. I would highly recommend Precision.
