I called at 7am for price on non working remotes and to my surprise they were at my house within 2 hrs with a truck loaded with anything that could possibly be wrong with it!! Replace a few parts and now its as good as new and better than Before! Thanks for a great experience will highly recommend Precision door!! Really nice tech also Emanuel ????

My garage door opener that was at least 12 years old died on Friday morning. I called Precision Door Service and they were out to my house before lunch. The technician, Joey, was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He answered all my questions and installed my new opener quickly and cleaned up everything when finished. The new opener is so quiet I have to look to make sure it is closing! I highly recommend this company and technician.

Michael arrived on schedule, presented himself in a personable and professional manner and immediately got to work removing my old, broken garage door. It was very obvious hat he knows the removal and installation process very well. The installation involved reinforcing the supporting structure of the garage as well as removing the old door and installing the new one. At the end of 6 1/2 hours, my old door was out of sight on the truck and my new door was installed and fully operational. Excellent work and a beautiful job. All though the installtion process we were updated on the progress and at all times Michael was the cosummate professional remaining up beat and personable throughout the lengthy installation on a hot day.. If you're reading this review on the company's website you're in the right place to get your garage repair or installation done right. Precision Door has my business from now forward and I intend to let my friends know as well. Thank you for an excellent job!!

I would like to comment on Eric Johnson.He never took a break except for water seeing that was one of the hottest we've had. He had to reinstall the entire function of the old door before he completely over before he could start the new door He started the procedure mid-morning and didn't leave until after 7:00 pm. His installation looks like piece of a beautiful art exhibit! Your company is so fortunate to have young of Eric's work. I wold happily give him a 5 across the board. Brantley

Honesty is a key improvement area that precision should focus on. I thoroughly researched my options prior to contacted precision and found replacement springs for my Wayne Dalton Torquemaster Plus counterbalance system by size and weight. I placed the replacement parts I'm my cart totalling $108.98 and they remained there pending the results of precision's findings and suggestions. I was immediately told by the technician that the springs had failed and that they could not be repaired or replaced because they were no longer available and discontinued (NOT TRUE). This was shocking news to me because I had what was required to repair the springs sitting in my Wayne Dalton's cart. I was then told that I should replace the system with precision's over $600 system "UPSELLING" that came with a limited warranty due to my proximity to the water front. After an overwhelming "NO" to that suggestion, I was presented with an alternative suggestions of an inferior precision unit for over $300 with only a 1 year warranty, after the technician contacted management. Again, an overwhelming "NO" to that as well. Had I not performed my due diligence in researching my options, I may have possibly thought about those suggestions longer than the second it took me to say "NO", but the results would have definitely been the same. I do not think this is an employee issue, but it seems to be an employer issue of pressing the employees to push precision's products at the expense of the customer. This review is not to (in any way) reflect the technician in a bad light. I feel like he was performing his job as trained, he was extremely professional, but seemed to be misguided by a push to sell precision's products and "UPSELLING". .
