Richard showed up at the prescribed time and took his time to answer all of our questions and put together an estimate. Richard was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We required a complete makeover (New garage door, trim, operator motor, etc.) in our home. Our current garage door (Installed when our Elliott Home was built in 2020) failed and smashed my wife's car causing lots of damage. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to my friends and family for ALL garage door requirements.

Technician could have solved my problem over the phone just by telling me that I need to change the code of the Garage opener. Instead I was charged $145 for changing the code for an unnecessary visit.

Richard Jones was my technician. He was very knowledgeable about all things garage door related! He explained what went wrong and what needed to be done to get it working properly again. One of the springs broke and needed replacing so I decided to upgrade some of the other parts as well which included a 10-year warranty. He worked quickly and quietly to get it done. The work and results were 5 stars, but the ad is misleading. The ad says 24/7, “…a true 7 day service company.” Scheduling is 24/7, not service. Called on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. First available appt. was Tuesday afternoon. 4 days of not being able to open my garage. Also, they did not have parts to repair my garage door hardware. The whole system had to be replaced. Very costly. The ad said they carried a wide array of parts on the truck. The ad also led me to believe the company was local to Biloxi when it’s really based in Mobile, AL.
