Very professional technician, good product

The work and results were 5 stars, but the ad is misleading. The ad says 24/7, “…a true 7 day service company.” Scheduling is 24/7, not service. Called on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. First available appt. was Tuesday afternoon. 4 days of not being able to open my garage. Also, they did not have parts to repair my garage door hardware. The whole system had to be replaced. Very costly. The ad said they carried a wide array of parts on the truck. The ad also led me to believe the company was local to Biloxi when it’s really based in Mobile, AL.

I called for a quote to replace a broken spring. Was told that it would cost between $88 - $168 depending on the size of spring. This info was also on the iPad when he arrived. I was given a time frame of 12-2 and technician did not show up on time. Technician was friendly but quoted me almost $400 dollars which is doubled what was quoted. If I knew that from the beginning, I wouldn’t have schedule the service. Then he tried to charge me the $50 service fee after refusing to replace the spring because of misquoted amount. He eventually waived the fee and left. This is bad business and not a good look, wasted a whole day.

I always get three estimates and your internet webpage was by far the most professional. Once your representative Cameron (very polite and patient) gave the cost it was a base line to work from. Your office manager Cassie went above and beyond to help me with my questions and final choices. The invoice listed every item with price and there were no hidden expenditures which the other two bids did not fully disclose! The installation took a day to complete and well worth the wait as my door is beautiful. The installers John and Cameron gave me the confidence that it was being done to code. It was obvious they were trying to please the home owner with professionalism and friendliness. I am giving your company a five star as it was a people helping people experience. There was a small issue after the fact and it was an immediate response to correct it. I would recommend your company to family and friends.
