Technician could have solved my problem over the phone just by telling me that I need to change the code of the Garage opener. Instead I was charged $145 for changing the code for an unnecessary visit.

We were contacted to come to the property to perform service and were unaware that you would have liked tech support for this issue as this was the first time we had been to that property and were unsure of what could have been causing your phantom operation. In the future, if you are in need of tech support, you can mention it when you call in or reach out to Chamberlain, the manufacturer of your operator. We at Precision Door pride ourselves on providing excellence in customer service, and we are saddened to see we missed the bar with you. 

Spring broke a a friday afternoon assumed door would be out until Monday. Precision had a tech Richard here within an hour . Door fixed weekend is mine. Thanks Richard and Precision Door.

Richard Jones was my technician. He was very knowledgeable about all things garage door related! He explained what went wrong and what needed to be done to get it working properly again. The work and results were 5 stars, but the ad is misleading. The ad says 24/7, “…a true 7 day service company.” Scheduling is 24/7, not service. Called on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. First available appt. was Tuesday afternoon. 4 days of not being able to open my garage. Also, they did not have parts to repair my garage door hardware. The whole system had to be replaced. Very costly. The ad said they carried a wide array of parts on the truck. The ad also led me to believe the company was local to Biloxi when it’s really based in Mobile, AL.
