I always get three estimates and your internet webpage was by far the most professional. Once your representative Cameron (very polite and patient) gave the cost it was a base line to work from. Your office manager Cassie went above and beyond to help me with my questions and final choices. The invoice listed every item with price and there were no hidden expenditures which the other two bids did not fully disclose! The installation took a day to complete and well worth the wait as my door is beautiful. The installers John and Cameron gave me the confidence that it was being done to code. It was obvious they were trying to please the home owner with professionalism and friendliness. I am giving your company a five star as it was a people helping people experience. There was a small issue after the fact and it was an immediate response to correct it. I would recommend your company to family and friends. Technicians (Kirby and Gus) were proficient and knowledgeable and did a great job. The price seemed high to me, but as I didn't shop around, I don't have a comparison point. Just under $400 for an hour's work to replace a broken spring, side plates with bearings, and torsion cables. Of course the seller's warranty with Home Warranty of America was garbage and not only did not cover a penny but cost us more due to their higher trade call fee than if we had gone around them. That's no reflection on Precision, though.

Shaun exceeded expectations. He replaced a broken garage door spring. When he tested the replacement, he felt that a stronger spring would be more reliable at a moderate price increase. Our problems lead us to agree based on my engineering knowledge. Shaun installed a stronger spring. The door has worked flawlessly ever since.
