I'm happy I found this company. I called on a Friday afternoon, they were at my house on Monday morning ready to go to work. Richard troubleshot and diagnosed the problem. He then gave me quotes on 3 levels of service, from replacing the springs and rollers to replacing the motor assembly because they are 20 years old but still functional. We settled on the 2nd quote which offered a 10 year warranty. Richard did great work and finished in an hour. Precision is now my new garage door service company. Highly recommended!

Didn't listen, wouldn't shut up and kept correcting me. Spoke to me using their industry lingo, wanted $900 labor to remove old opener and install new one. And put one of their stickers on my garage door. Will never call them again.

These guys were fabulous. I was ill and could not reattach the garage door to the emergency release. My husband was out of town. So, knowing they were going to charge me a service call fee I called anyway. They connected it back and checked functionality and did not charge me a service fee. I have used them in the past and was greatly satisfied then also.

I was surprised when I called late Friday afternoon right after my 20-year-old garage door opener started humming loudly just before smoke came rolling out of the motor, that Precision Door could respond and replace the opener the next day, Saturday. Technician Antonio called me an hour and a half before arriving. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and had me up and running again in anout two hours. He installed all new door sensors and remote control devices. He even programmed my car remote control for me. I paid a very fair price and wouldn't hesitate to call Precision Door again. Biloxi Bob

Jacob showed up and was very knowledgeable. I had a previous company come out and it was a disaster. I felt they were doing more damage than good. I knew in a short amount of time that I was going to pick Precision to replace my garage door opener, spring, and rollers. In addition to installing a security keypad. Said they can do it in the same day. Antonio Gilchrist the installer showed up. He was very professional, knowledgeable with a great attitude. Made sure everything worked, including my connection to my garage door via the app. At a certain point, what’s your time worth? I work full-time and don’t always have time to do these bigger tasks. There were two gentlemen who were a part of repairing my garage door and I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from both . The first guy observed the door and explained what he thought needed to be done to fix it . He also explained different things that I could replace now to prevent further malfunctions and I thanked him and took his advice . The second gentlemen replaced all necessary parts in a short period of time and didn't leave anything for me to clean up .
