I was totally amazed at the quick response and prompt service. I immediately received an email confirming my appointment and a personal call from the technician giving me an exact estimated time of arrival. The technician arrived on time and installed our new equipment in a very timely and professional manner. It is nice to see a company with this level of customer service that seem so genuine as this is rare anymore.

Started as a call for a repair to a 20-year old Stanley garage door opener. After researching on-line, found out they stopped making them in 1997 and my house was built in 1998.....which means I never really had any warranty on existing garage opener. Found Precision on line and filled in request for estimate.....they called within 10 minutes and scheduled a time, which was the very next day. Technician was on time and within 15 minutes, we knew a repair was not the answer or fix. Decided to have new door opener installed. Holy Moly, what a difference....so quiet and smooth. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
