I have had on-going, but intermittent problems with my garage door with "repairs" made by contractors for my home warranties. Problems continued. I called Precision Sunday night and Monday morning I got a call and an appointment was set for late that afternoon. Tech Richard Jones called when he was on his way to my house. Very impressive young man: Knowledgeable, skilled, courteous. He diagnosed the problem and offer a variety of options. Only time will tell if he fixed the problem(s) so I will keep my fingers crossed.

Hello! I wish I could give my technician Lawrence Boley 10 stars! He was knowledgeable helpful and quick. He went above and beyond what was asked of him and he also was patient in his explanation of everything. My garage door openers were replaced and I’m a happy camper :) BOOK PRECISION, they won’t disappoint.

Awesome. Tech showed up on time, was super knowledgeable, and friendly. Tech assured me that if I had any questions or concerns I could reach out to them with any questions.
