I got home on Friday afternoon, and garage door would only raise about a panel high. Went inside only to find a broken spring. By then it’s 5:30 so I’m thinking we’ll just have to deal with this next week. Wrong. Called Precision Door and they set me up with an estimator (Richard) at 10 on Saturday morning. Gave me several options ,I selected one, a technician (Jakobi) arrived by 11:30. Both very professional !!! Very pleased. Highly recommend

We have been very satisfied with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. The installers were very courteous and professional. From start to finish they did an excellent job. Beau asked several times if we had any questions or did anything need further explanation. The finished doors are beautiful and so very quiet when going up or down. Thank you!

I contacted this company last Friday afternoon and explained what I was looking for. I wanted them to come out and review the property and told them I wanted our carpenter here as well. They called me early this morning and sent somebody out to review our situation. The contact back with me was very fast. The gentleman that came out was very informative and courteous. He answered all of my questions. He informed the carpenter as of the scope of the work. I received my estimates within an hour after the worker came out. Very impressive.

I often wondered when my garage door would fail to work. That day came on Monday evening. I called Precision early on Tuesday morning and by lunch a tech was there to diagnose the problem . Quotes were given and explained completely. The next day the repair tech was there by 8:30 am and by lunch the repairs were complete. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Repair (They came highly recommended by my neighbor who had recently used them ). The money we spent was worth every penny. Thank you Precision!!!!

This is the easiest and most pleasant company to work with that I have run across in a very long time, they are punctual and very experienced in providing a great product. I called yesterday morning about having some one come out and hear what my door issues were, with in an hour I was emailed with the man’s name that would be coming out and the time he would be here. He showed up as planned and listened and suggested options and supplied me with a detailed quote in 10 minutes. I agreed with it and had an installer at my door two hours later. Justin the installer was very knowledgeable, professional and experienced, and went to work immediately. He worked into the evening replacing everything but the door panel and rail, ensuring everything worked as it should before he left. I was very impressed with him as well as my experience with Percision Door Company. I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you.

I would 100% not only recommend this company to everyone, but will only do business with them in the future. There was no high-pressure sales pitch and, in fact, I wound up saving money over one previous estimate I had already gotten. To add to that, the technician actually found a problem that had not been noted before, and I still paid less than the first estimate. My technician was Joe B. and he was phenomenal. He was very straightforward, low-key, and friendly. I immediately felt like I could trust him and that he was very knowledgeable in this business. In a lot of instances regarding repairs that I need, I’m always glad to get them finally handled, but usually wind up feeling slightly taken advantage of. That is completely the opposite of how I felt today. I was definitely glad to get the job done (and in a timely manner, I might add), but I was left feeling good and comfortable about the whole situation.

I am very thankful for Joe. He came at a very vulnerable time for my mother and I. As soon as he arrived, he greeted us and checked out what was going on with the garage door. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was able to explain to us what was happening with the door and even was able to recommend the best options for our particular situation. He was pleasant to talk to and even said that he would send over some quotes for whenever we are ready to replace the door. I feel very blessed to have gotten a technician that didn’t just want to take our money and be on his way. I appreciate his time and the service that was provided. I would recommend Joe and this company to friends and family.
