This is the easiest and most pleasant company to work with that I have run across in a very long time, they are punctual and very experienced in providing a great product. I called yesterday morning about having some one come out and hear what my door issues were, with in an hour I was emailed with the man’s name that would be coming out and the time he would be here. He showed up as planned and listened and suggested options and supplied me with a detailed quote in 10 minutes. I agreed with it and had an installer at my door two hours later. Justin the installer was very knowledgeable, professional and experienced, and went to work immediately. He worked into the evening replacing everything but the door panel and rail,ensuring everything worked as it should before he left. I was very impressed with him as well as my experience with Percision Door Company. I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you.

I would 100% not only recommend this company to everyone, but will only do business with them in the future. There was no high-pressure sales pitch and, in fact, I wound up saving money over one previous estimate I had already gotten. To add to that, the technician actually found a problem that had not been noted before, and I still paid less than the first estimate. My technician was Joe B. and he was phenomenal. He was very straightforward, low-key, and friendly. I immediately felt like I could trust him and that he was very knowledgeable in this business. In a lot of instances regarding repairs that I need, I’m always glad to get them finally handled, but usually wind up feeling slightly taken advantage of. That is completely the opposite of how I felt today. I was definitely glad to get the job done (and in a timely manner, I might add), but I was left feeling good and comfortable about the whole situation.

Initially this review would have been two stars due to the fact that I had an appointment set up for Oct 31st from 2p until 4p, scheduled personnel to stay on overtime only to be no call no showed. I called the office and let them know it was after 4p and we haven't heard from anyone. the administrative assistant was very apologetic and helped set up a service call for the following Monday morning. I had asked them to have the tech notify me 30 minutes in advance of his arrival and he did. Ross the tech was great, he went through everything step by step, was very thorough and produced a proposal before leaving. You can thank Ross for raising the score from two stars to five stars

Technician Antonio G. was outstanding. A very knowledgeable and professional young man. He answered all my questions and his cost estimates were done very professionally. A great job. I called and he came the very next day prepared to repair or replace. I opted for a new system; he removed the old system and installed the new system, and hauled the old system away.

I have had on-going, but intermittent problems with my garage door with "repairs" made by contractors for my home warranties. Problems continued. I called Precision Sunday night and Monday morning I got a call and an appointment was set for late that afternoon. Tech Richard Jones called when he was on his way to my house. Very impressive young man: Knowledgeable, skilled, courteous. He diagnosed the problem and offer a variety of options. Only time will tell if he fixed the problem(s) so I will keep my fingers crossed.
