The repair man did the evaluation. I did not tell me that my garage door opener had no remote compatible with it until after I paid him to make my garage door go up and down the pontes he did evaluation which I paid $50 for but did not tell me the whole evaluation until I paid him the hundred dollars to fix my door, so I have a garage door opener that has no remote compatible with it. Had I known that I would not have fixed it to go down would’ve simply bought a newer model so that I could have a garage door remote to go with it. I do This is a Precision problem. I think it was a technician problem who wasn’t completely honest, in his work.

Fantastic job installing my new door!! Would suggest letting the customer know there could be leftover debris like nails in the driveway. That’s the inly reason for four stars since I couldn’t put four and a half.

I couldn't be happier with my new garage doors. Trent and Christopher did an excellent job. They were on time, courteous, professional and worked really hard. They didn't expect to have to replace the framing but it was splitting so it took them much longer than they anticipated. They made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys! Job well done!!
