Had a 20 year old door open that was frequently malfunctioning. Tech looked, recommended new open and explained why. Installed new opener then and there with a new direct drive opener that was 20 times quieter and more versatile than the old one . Tech was courteous, efficient, and swift. He arrived for the inspection at 14:30 and left at 16:45 having installed and tested the new opener, programmed the remotes, demonstrated the new units features, and collected all the old parts and his trash. GREAT JOB!! Will contact Precision for any future needs.

I was impressed in the very positive reviews of Precision's repairs so I called them and, within three hours of my call, Technician Sam Blocker arrived at my home ready to assess the damage and repair it. One and a half hour later, Sam completed the repair and left the door opener running better than it has run before. Joe Baggett was our technician for our garage door repair. He called and arrived 3 hours early which was much appreciated. My door was repaired by another service a few years ago. Richard Jones was the BEST!! He called prior to arrival with an ETA, sent a text with his picture (so we would know who to expect at our door), assessed our situation (broken spring and NOISY old chain motor), thoroughly explained several options, and quickly took our set-up from 1996 into the future—the ONLY thing that slowed him down was me not being able to remember our wi-fi password. We are so very pleased with the service, quality of work, and our new motor. Thank you!!

Good fast service. Only one negative, my door was about à month and 1/2 past the one year warranty so I had to pay for the repair, they did take off the service call fee.. moral is call immediately when you have an issue, we might have been in warranty.
