Your technician, Tommy and his partner went above and beyond my expectations. It was obvious that they take pride in their work and are highly professional. They found the problem and after asking for my approval to fix it, they got right on it. They installed a new motor, wall unit, new safety sensors, outdoor key pad, new rollers, lubed the springs as well as every hinge on the door and did everything to perfection and within about 30 minutes. Chris Brown arrived and helped me analyze my opener problems. Chris offered solution options and I chose to replace the opener. I asked Chris when could he come back to replace the opener. Chris advised that he had all the parts required with him for the option I chose. Chris gathered up all the required parts and began work immediately. Chris was the most polite and professional technician I've had occasion to be involved with for many years. Chris was extremely skillful and proficient as he completed the replacement the opener. Chris had skillfully placed every part necessary for the job in the garage and did not have to run back and forth to the truck for something missing / needed. After completion Chris instructed me of the numerous operations of the new keypad with the lockout position. Chris took the time to help me fully understand the operations of all remote opening units. I was particularly impressed that Chris offered options but DID NOT pressure me at all to make a choice.
