I had the overall garage door package. The two technicians were very professional and respectful. The team were very knowledgeable and provided a detailed explanation of the work that is to be provided. They completed the work in short order. No breaks nor any foolishness. I was having garage door problems and contacted Precision Garage Door about my issue. They were quick to schedule me on a day while I was off work. Joe arrived at my house and went above and beyond the issue I was having. Not only did he replace my sensors with new ones, he also adjusted the chain on the garage door so there wasn’t a lot of slack and also lowered the motor from the ceiling. Coincidentally, he also adjusted the spring since that part was under warranty. Precision Garage Door is very professional and their techs are very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone that is experiencing garage door problems.
