I found Precision via a PC search for someone who could repair a broken spring on my garage door opener. I was impressed in the very positive reviews of Precision's repairs so I called them and, within three hours of my call, Technician Sam Blocker arrived at my home ready to assess the damage and repair it. One and a half hour later, Sam completed the repair and left the door opener running better than it has run before. During the whole process, Sam showed a professionalism, knowledge, and ability that you don't see much of these days. I highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door opener repairs.

Joe Baggett was our technician for our garage door repair. He called and arrived 3 hours early which was much appreciated. My door was repaired by another service a few years ago. I had no idea how badly they performed the job until Joe finished. He was meticulously adjusting to ensure the door was working properly. The door has never operated so well! Richard Jones was the BEST!! He called prior to arrival with an ETA, sent a text with his picture (so we would know who to expect at our door), assessed our situation (broken spring and NOISY old chain motor), thoroughly explained several options, and quickly took our set-up from 1996 into the future—the ONLY thing that slowed him down was me not being able to remember our wi-fi password. Good fast service. Only one negative, my door was about à month and 1/2 past the one year warranty so I had to pay for the repair, they did take off the service call fee.. moral is call immediately when you have an issue, we might have been in warranty.
