Had a 20 year old door open that was frequently malfunctioning. Tech looked, recommended new open and explained why. Installed new opener then and there with a new direct drive opener that was 20 times quieter and more versatile than the old one . Tech was courteous, efficient, and swift. He arrived for the inspection at 14:30 and left at 16:45 having installed and tested the new opener, programmed the remotes, demonstrated the new units features, and collected all the old parts and his trash. I was impressed in the very positive reviews of Precision's repairs so I called them and, within three hours of my call, Technician Sam Blocker arrived at my home ready to assess the damage and repair it. One and a half hour later, Sam completed the repair and left the door opener running better than it has run before.
