Chris Brown arrived and helped me analyze my opener problems. Chris offered solution options and I chose to replace the opener. I asked Chris when could he come back to replace the opener. Chris advised that he had all the parts required with him for the option I chose. Chris gathered up all the required parts and began work immediately. Chris was the most polite and professional technician I've had occasion to be involved with for many years. Chris was extremely skillful and proficient as he completed the replacement the opener. Chris had skillfully placed every part necessary for the job in the garage and did not have to run back and forth to the truck for something missing / needed. After completion Chris instructed me of the numerous operations of the new keypad with the lockout position. Chris took the time to help me fully understand the operations of all remote opening units. I was particularly impressed that Chris offered options but DID NOT pressure me at all to make a choice. We were down visiting our summer house and an unexpected spring break on the garage door led us to check the Internet for door services and we found your business called made an appointment. The repair technician Kirby came out to repair the springs and noticed that I had a new door opener sitting on the garage floor and told me those garage door opener‘s are dunk that he could fix our current garage door opener so we went ahead with the repairs and had him fix the springs bearings serviced the door and repair the garage door opener with top quality work Kirby was a great technician.

The technician arrived within two hours of my call on a late Friday afternoon for an issue I had with my garage door. He reviewed with me the issues and that fact that I would need a new door and opener. He told me that the door I picked was in stock and he would be back on Saturday to do the install. The entire experience was great and he was very professional.

5 Star Excellent! The quality of the garage door and installation was excellent. I highly recommend Travis Gentry. He first came out to give me an estimate. He was very knowable, competent and took plenty of time to explain everything to me. He did an outstanding job installing the door, took his time and made sure everything was installed properly. He then demonstrated to me how to operate and care for the door. Precision Doors provides extras on their doors that I didn't even know should be on the door. I could not be happier with the door and extra kudos to Travis. He truly is an asset to Precision Doors!
