I was very pleased with the technician and his knowledge of the equipment that was to be installed. The time was very quick and we were happy to see that he decided to come do the job even though it was raining. Again we are very pleased with the unit that was installed and it is very quiet. Thank you very much. Being a DAV the 10% was wonderful, just wish it could have been more.

Second time I have used Precision. This time had my torsion springs replaced and belt replaced on my opener. Technician was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous.
