Your office manager Cassie went above and beyond to help me with my questions and final choices. The invoice listed every item with price and there were no hidden expenditures which the other two bids did not fully disclose! The installation took a day to complete and well worth the wait as my door is beautiful. The installers John and Cameron gave me the confidence that it was being done to code. Your technician, Tommy and his partner went above and beyond my expectations. It was obvious that they take pride in their work and are highly professional. They found the problem and after asking for my approval to fix it, they got right on it. They installed a new motor, wall unit, new safety sensors, outdoor key pad, new rollers, lubed the springs as well as every hinge on the door and did everything to perfection and within about 30 minutes. Tommy Mitchell called to let me know when to expect him and arrived as promised. Unfortunately, between the time he called and the time he arrived (30 min.) my husband and I were called to an emergency. Tommy didn't miss a beat - he started performing the 25 point check and made his recommendations to my sister, whom we had left in charge. Mr. Mitchell was prompt, professional and knowledgeable.
