Jacob showed up and was very knowledgeable. I had a previous company come out and it was a disaster. I felt they were doing more damage than good. I knew in a short amount of time that I was going to pick Precision to replace my garage door opener, spring, and rollers. In addition to installing a security keypad. Said they can do it in the same day. Antonio Gilchrist the installer showed up. He was very professional, knowledgeable with a great attitude. Made sure everything worked, including my connection to my garage door via the app. At a certain point, what’s your time worth? I work full-time and don’t always have time to do these bigger tasks. There were two gentlemen who were a part of repairing my garage door and I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from both . The first guy observed the door and explained what he thought needed to be done to fix it . He also explained different things that I could replace now to prevent further malfunctions and I thanked him and took his advice . The second gentlemen replaced all necessary parts in a short period of time and didn't leave anything for me to clean up . So , "whoops there it is" , your guys were awesome and I have already recommended y'all to my neighbors to the left and to the right , peace to you and have a great day .
