Technicians (Kirby and Gus) were proficient and knowledgeable and did a great job. The price seemed high to me, but as I didn't shop around, I don't have a comparison point. Just under $400 for an hour's work to replace a broken spring, side plates with bearings, and torsion cables. Of course the seller's warranty with Home Warranty of America was garbage and not only did not cover a penny but cost us more due to their higher trade call fee than if we had gone around them. That's no reflection on Precision, though.

We were down visiting our summer house and an unexpected spring break on the garage door led us to check the Internet for door services and we found your business called made an appointment. The repair technician Kirby came out to repair the springs and noticed that I had a new door opener sitting on the garage floor and told me those garage door opener‘s are dunk that he could fix our current garage door opener so we went ahead with the repairs and had him fix the springs bearings serviced the door and repair the garage door opener with top quality work Kirby was a great technician.

Shaun exceeded expectations. He replaced a broken garage door spring. When he tested the replacement, he felt that a stronger spring would be more reliable at a moderate price increase. Our problems lead us to agree based on my engineering knowledge. Shaun installed a stronger spring. The door has worked flawlessly ever since.

The technician arrived within two hours of my call on a late Friday afternoon for an issue I had with my garage door. Started as a call for a repair to a 20-year old Stanley garage door opener. After researching on-line, found out they stopped making them in 1997 and my house was built in 1998.....which means I never really had any warranty on existing garage opener. Found Precision on line and filled in request for estimate.....they called within 10 minutes and scheduled a time, which was the very next day. Technician was on time and within 15 minutes, we knew a repair was not the answer or fix. Decided to have new door opener installed. Holy Moly, what a difference....so quiet and smooth. 5 Star Excellent! The quality of the garage door and installation was excellent. I highly recommend Travis Gentry. He first came out to give me an estimate. He was very knowable, competent and took plenty of time to explain everything to me. He did an outstanding job installing the door, took his time and made sure everything was installed properly. He then demonstrated to me how to operate and care for the door. Precision Doors provides extras on their doors that I didn't even know should be on the door.
