I always get three estimates and your internet webpage was by far the most professional. Once your representative Cameron (very polite and patient) gave the cost it was a base line to work from. Your office manager Cassie went above and beyond to help me with my questions and final choices. The invoice listed every item with price and there were no hidden expenditures which the other two bids did not fully disclose! The installation took a day to complete and well worth the wait as my door is beautiful. The installers John and Cameron gave me the confidence that it was being done to code. It was obvious they were trying to please the home owner with professionalism and friendliness. I am giving your company a five star as it was a people helping people experience. There was a small issue after the fact and it was an immediate response to correct it. I would recommend your company to family and friends. Your technician, Tommy and his partner went above and beyond my expectations. It was obvious that they take pride in their work and are highly professional. They found the problem and after asking for my approval to fix it, they got right on it. They installed a new motor, wall unit, new safety sensors, outdoor key pad, new rollers, lubed the springs as well as every hinge on the door and did everything to perfection and within about 30 minutes. I was impressed and will definitely recommend ya'll to everyone I know. Thank you for the great service.

Unfortunately, between the time he called and the time he arrived (30 min.) my husband and I were called to an emergency. Tommy didn't miss a beat - he started performing the 25 point check and made his recommendations to my sister, whom we had left in charge. Mr. Mitchell was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I am now the proud owner of new auto motor and belt and a garage door that opens AND closes. As far as I am concerned, Precision lives up to their 5 star reputation.
