I requested a quote for maintenance on my garage door and the serviceman came out within a few hours. He gave me very reasonable quotes for 3 different areas of work. Maintenance, replacement of springs (if needed), and door replacement; which I really appreciated. I choose the maintenance service and he was able to complete the work within 30 minutes. I really appreciate the fast response, estimate information, and quick service. Thank you so much. Great job!

Sam (my technician) called me, told me what he would arrive, and arrived on time. He was very professional. Gave me valuable information to make an informed decision. Based on his recommendation, I went with him and he did a superb job. Once finished, he showed me how to work the equipment and allowed me to ask any questions for anything I didn’t understand. Hats off to him for a great job!

Initially this review would have been two stars due to the fact that I had an appointment set up for Oct 31st from 2p until 4p, scheduled personnel to stay on overtime only to be no call no showed. I called the office and let them know it was after 4p and we haven't heard from anyone. the administrative assistant was very apologetic and helped set up a service call for the following Monday morning. I had asked them to have the tech notify me 30 minutes in advance of his arrival and he did. Ross the tech was great, he went through everything step by step, was very thorough and produced a proposal before leaving. You can thank Ross for raising the score from two stars to five stars

Technician Antonio G. was outstanding. A very knowledgeable and professional young man. He answered all my questions and his cost estimates were done very professionally. A great job. I called and he came the very next day prepared to repair or replace. I opted for a new system; he removed the old system and installed the new system, and hauled the old system away.

The spring on my garage door broke. Having used Precision Door a few years ago, I new I could get great service again. Antonio Gilchrist came to my house, evaluated the situation, provided me several repair options. I chose to just have the springs replaced.
