Antonio Gilchrist was awesome, when I have more work done to our garage I would like for him to do the rest of the work. He told us hour and a half and it was more like 30 minutes, he was very polite and went over everything with us.. if I could give you 10 stars I would in a heart beat. The repair man did the evaluation. I did not tell me that my garage door opener had no remote compatible with it until after I paid him to make my garage door go up and down the pontes he did evaluation which I paid $50 for but did not tell me the whole evaluation until I paid him the hundred dollars to fix my door, so I have a garage door opener that has no remote compatible with it. Had I known that I would not have fixed it to go down would’ve simply bought a newer model so that I could have a garage door remote to go with it. I do This is a Precision problem. I think it was a technician problem who wasn’t completely honest, in his work.

Fantastic job installing my new door!! Would suggest letting the customer know there could be leftover debris like nails in the driveway. That’s the inly reason for four stars since I couldn’t put four and a half.
