Antonio Gilchrist was awesome, when I have more work done to our garage I would like for him to do the rest of the work. He told us hour and a half and it was more like 30 minutes, he was very polite and went over everything with us.. if I could give you 10 stars I would in a heart beat. When we called to make our appointment they were very nice and helpful. Just a great company and I would tell everyone to use this company for work to their garage. Thank you!!

The repair man did the evaluation. I did not tell me that my garage door opener had no remote compatible with it until after I paid him to make my garage door go up and down the pontes he did evaluation which I paid $50 for but did not tell me the whole evaluation until I paid him the hundred dollars to fix my door, so I have a garage door opener that has no remote compatible with it. Had I known that I would not have fixed it to go down would’ve simply bought a newer model so that I could have a garage door remote to go with it. I do This is a Precision problem. I think it was a technician problem who wasn’t completely honest, in his work.
