I rated Precision 5 stars for their excellent response from "Let's Chat " on their web site late Wednesday night. It was excellent response Dispatcher called me Thursday morning , he said a technician could be there at 10 PM today. The Technician William Squares arrived on time diagnosed the problem, gave me the options of repair or replacement with all cost. I required authorization from my Home Warranty company if over a certain cost. He and I spoke to the company and received authorization to proceed, The opener was repaired and the broken spring was replaced. Mr Squires was very professional and well mannered. This company is second to none. You call they haul !
