The service we received was outstanding. We were delighted to get the door repaired the same day as we called. Especially since we were unable to close the door and secure our belongings. To be honest, I was really irritated that this new door with cable coils, that you installed a year ago, would have problems alright. Then Emanuel (Service Tech) arrived ahead of time, called before coming and was very professional and VERY detailed in his assessment of the problem (which I personally prefer). His work ethics and skills really made a bad situation, turn around quickly and changed my view of Precision Doors. I called this morning assuming I wouldn't be able to get anyone out until Monday. I was surprised to get same day service. Michael called me to tell me he was running late, called to tell me when he was on the way, and arrived at the time he stated. He was so nice and knowledgeable. He presented me with several options and allowed me to select the service I wanted without a heavy handed sales pitch. I was extremely satisfied with the service. His attention to detail was excellent. He did not leave until he was sure I was completely satisfied. All I can say is I'm super happy and wish I received this kind of service from all my repairs! Hopefully I won't need to call again since I have a brand new system but if I do I know I will receive exceptional service!! I highly recommend your company!!!! I have used another company in the past and realize now that I wasted my money!

My tenant called to say the old garage door was broken and she could operate it. I had no idea who to call about it so I googled and Precision was the first one to come up. I took a chance and called them. I had a technician at the house within a couple of hours. He evaluated the problem and told me that it could be fixed, but it would be a "bandaid" kind of fix. He showed me the options and prices for a new door (which really was the right answer in this case), and we scheduled for a couple days away. The door was installed today, and I'm so glad I called Precision! The entire process was easy and seamless. They follow up with you at several points to ensure you're satisfied with the service and the product. Our technician was very well versed, very nice, very safe, and neat. I'd hire Precision time and again!

I couldn't be happier with my new garage doors. Trent and Christopher did an excellent job. They were on time, courteous, professional and worked really hard. They didn't expect to have to replace the framing but it was splitting so it took them much longer than they anticipated. They made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.
