I highly recommend Precision door service. They responded promptly to my request for a repair. The door would not respond to my remotes and when it did open it would not stay shut. Fortunetely the repairman, Issiah, knew what to do and repaired my sensor and the door now works great.

These guys are absolutely AWESOME! Had my new door installed in a matter of hours. A month later after tremendous amounts of rain, my door would not stay shut. The service we received was outstanding. We were delighted to get the door repaired the same day as we called. Especially since we were unable to close the door and secure our belongings. To be honest, I was really irritated that this new door with cable coils, that you installed a year ago, would have problems alright. Then Emanuel (Service Tech) arrived ahead of time, called before coming and was very professional and VERY detailed in his assessment of the problem (which I personally prefer). His work ethics and skills really made a bad situation, turn around quickly and changed my view of Precision Doors.
