These guys are absolutely AWESOME! Had my new door installed in a matter of hours. A month later after tremendous amounts of rain, my door would not stay shut. The service we received was outstanding. We were delighted to get the door repaired the same day as we called. Especially since we were unable to close the door and secure our belongings. To be honest, I was really irritated that this new door with cable coils, that you installed a year ago, would have problems alright. Then Emanuel (Service Tech) arrived ahead of time, called before coming and was very professional and VERY detailed in his assessment of the problem (which I personally prefer). His work ethics and skills really made a bad situation, turn around quickly and changed my view of Precision Doors. The technician arrived within two hours of my call on a late Friday afternoon for an issue I had with my garage door. He reviewed with me the issues and that fact that I would need a new door and opener. He told me that the door I picked was in stock and he would be back on Saturday to do the install. The entire experience was great and he was very professional.
