I always get three estimates and your internet webpage was by far the most professional. Once your representative Cameron (very polite and patient) gave the cost it was a base line to work from. Your office manager Cassie went above and beyond to help me with my questions and final choices. The invoice listed every item with price and there were no hidden expenditures which the other two bids did not fully disclose! The installation took a day to complete and well worth the wait as my door is beautiful. The installers John and Cameron gave me the confidence that it was being done to code. It was obvious they were trying to please the home owner with professionalism and friendliness. I am giving your company a five star as it was a people helping people experience. There was a small issue after the fact and it was an immediate response to correct it. I would recommend your company to family and friends. Your technician, Tommy and his partner went above and beyond my expectations. It was obvious that they take pride in their work and are highly professional. They found the problem and after asking for my approval to fix it, they got right on it. They installed a new motor, wall unit, new safety sensors, outdoor key pad, new rollers, lubed the springs as well as every hinge on the door and did everything to perfection and within about 30 minutes. I was impressed and will definitely recommend ya'll to everyone I know. Thank you for the great service.

When the repair was completed, I asked the technician several times about the battery backup in April 2019. After the hurricane, I discovered I had no battery backup. The unit mal functioned and today was the service visit. The technician stated 2 reasons for the malfunction: 1. Employee error. 2. Equipment should have had a recall. They have haf numerous calls for the same malfunction. With the power outage, the unit lost its short term memory. Yet, I was still charged a service visit. The technician asked if I wanted battery backup for a $100 cost. I refused because I am not certain if I will do business with Lrecision again. He stated they would send me a PDF file on how to troubleshoot the unit. I am waiting to see if they are going to send it to me or if this is more telling the customer what they want to hear.

Cameron was very professional in that he immediately was able to diagnose the problem with my garage door opener. I was fully prepared to purchase a completely new unit , but thankfully, that wasn't the case! Cameron took time to explain each step he performed so that if the problem was to re-occur, I will be able to recognize it. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again..... I cannot thank Tommy enough for coming out the same day and fixing our problem. Not only did he do a fantastic job doing a full door overhaul but did it in neck breaking speed. Within 45 minutes he replaced all components and had the door moving on the track like a boss! I will definitely recommend them in the future for anyone who needs door assistance.
