Chris Brown arrived and helped me analyze my opener problems. Chris offered solution options and I chose to replace the opener. I asked Chris when could he come back to replace the opener. I would like to comment on Eric Johnson.He never took a break except for water seeing that was one of the hottest we've had. He had to reinstall the entire function of the old door before he completely over before he could start the new door He started the procedure mid-morning and didn't leave until after 7:00 pm. My tenant called to say the old garage door was broken and she could operate it. I had no idea who to call about it so I googled and Precision was the first one to come up. I took a chance and called them. I had a technician at the house within a couple of hours. He evaluated the problem and told me that it could be fixed, but it would be a "bandaid" kind of fix. He showed me the options and prices for a new door (which really was the right answer in this case), and we scheduled for a couple days away. The door was installed today, and I'm so glad I called Precision! The entire process was easy and seamless. They follow up with you at several points to ensure you're satisfied with the service and the product. Our technician was very well versed, very nice, very safe, and neat. I'd hire Precision time and again!
