I'm happy I found this company. I called on a Friday afternoon, they were at my house on Monday morning ready to go to work. Richard troubleshot and diagnosed the problem. He then gave me quotes on 3 levels of service, from replacing the springs and rollers to replacing the motor assembly because they are 20 years old but still functional. We settled on the 2nd quote which offered a 10 year warranty. Richard did great work and finished in an hour. Precision is now my new garage door service company. Highly recommended!

As a homeowner not knowing who to call I looked online and they were local both technicians that were sent out were well mannered set up a time frame to meet they were on time gave me a quote set up a day a couple days later to take care of the job installing a new garage door very satisfied the technician took care of the job in timeframe that was set need a garage door call Precision quality work and clean!

Antonio provided me with a thorough understanding on wht needs to be greased on the door and the frequency. It provided me understanding in how the chain coming off impacted the doors ability the open and close. Great understanding on the issue and how to avoid the issue in the future. We had an awesome experience with Precision Garage Door; They responded quickly after we had damage to our door and it would not open. Jacob Howard identified the problems and walked us through the options. Kevin Jones arrived shortly there after and performed the repairs. Both gentlemen were very professional. Been using the garage door now for a couple of days and there has been no issues.

This is the easiest and most pleasant company to work with that I have run across in a very long time, they are punctual and very experienced in providing a great product. I called yesterday morning about having some one come out and hear what my door issues were, with in an hour I was emailed with the man’s name that would be coming out and the time he would be here. He showed up as planned and listened and suggested options and supplied me with a detailed quote in 10 minutes. I agreed with it and had an installer at my door two hours later. Justin the installer was very knowledgeable, professional and experienced, and went to work immediately. He worked into the evening replacing everything but the door panel and rail,ensuring everything worked as it should before he left. I was very impressed with him as well as my experience with Percision Door Company. I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you.

I would 100% not only recommend this company to everyone, but will only do business with them in the future. There was no high-pressure sales pitch and, in fact, I wound up saving money over one previous estimate I had already gotten. To add to that, the technician actually found a problem that had not been noted before, and I still paid less than the first estimate. My technician was Joe B. and he was phenomenal. He was very straightforward, low-key, and friendly. I immediately felt like I could trust him and that he was very knowledgeable in this business. In a lot of instances regarding repairs that I need, I’m always glad to get them finally handled, but usually wind up feeling slightly taken advantage of. That is completely the opposite of how I felt today. I was definitely glad to get the job done (and in a timely manner, I might add), but I was left feeling good and comfortable about the whole situation.
