This is the easiest and most pleasant company to work with that I have run across in a very long time, they are punctual and very experienced in providing a great product. I called yesterday morning about having some one come out and hear what my door issues were, with in an hour I was emailed with the man’s name that would be coming out and the time he would be here. I was having garage door problems and contacted Precision Garage Door about my issue. They were quick to schedule me on a day while I was off work. Joe arrived at my house and went above and beyond the issue I was having. Not only did he replace my sensors with new ones, he also adjusted the chain on the garage door so there wasn’t a lot of slack and also lowered the motor from the ceiling.
