I was surprised when I called late Friday afternoon right after my 20-year-old garage door opener started humming loudly just before smoke came rolling out of the motor, that Precision Door could respond and replace the opener the next day, Saturday. Technician Antonio called me an hour and a half before arriving. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and had me up and running again in anout two hours. He installed all new door sensors and remote control devices. He even programmed my car remote control for me. I paid a very fair price and wouldn't hesitate to call Precision Door again. Biloxi Bob
