Had a 20 year old door open that was frequently malfunctioning. Tech looked, recommended new open and explained why. Installed new opener then and there with a new direct drive opener that was 20 times quieter and more versatile than the old one . Tech was courteous, efficient, and swift. He arrived for the inspection at 14:30 and left at 16:45 having installed and tested the new opener, programmed the remotes, demonstrated the new units features, and collected all the old parts and his trash. GREAT JOB!! Will contact Precision for any future needs.

Richard showed up at the prescribed time and took his time to answer all of our questions and put together an estimate. Richard was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We required a complete makeover (New garage door, trim, operator motor, etc.) in our home.
