Our neighbor recommended Precision Door. And from the first phone call to the last everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you Lady's in the office! Our tech, Blake, was very knowledgeable and took time explaining what was needed for the repair. After he gave us several options for the repair, we were able to decide without feeling pressured. The work was done the same day and took exactly the amount of time he said. Everything was picked up and clean as if he hadn't been there. And OMG, now our door is sooo quiet and opens so easily.
