5 Star Excellent! The quality of the garage door and installation was excellent. I highly recommend Travis Gentry. He first came out to give me an estimate. He was very knowable, competent and took plenty of time to explain everything to me. He did an outstanding job installing the door, took his time and made sure everything was installed properly. He then demonstrated to me how to operate and care for the door. Precision Doors provides extras on their doors that I didn't even know should be on the door. I could not be happier with the door and extra kudos to Travis. He truly is an asset to Precision Doors!

I couldn't be happier with my new garage doors. Trent and Christopher did an excellent job. They were on time, courteous, professional and worked really hard. They didn't expect to have to replace the framing but it was splitting so it took them much longer than they anticipated. They made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The spring on my 10 year old garage door broke on a Friday evening. While researching repair companies, I was impressed with the reviews of Precision Door Service. I called at 8:30 PM and had an appointment for 8:00 - 10:00 AM Saturday morning. Kinsman called at 8:00 AM and arrived 20 minutes later. He examined the garage door and gave me three options to repair the damage. After choosing, Kinsman completed the job in about an hour, cleaned up all the trash, and explained everything he did. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door work.

When our garage door quit working on a Sunday, I took a chance and called Precision Doors and was very surprised that a live person answered. She was very pleasant and scheduled an appointment for first thing on Monday. I then received an email confirmation stating who the technician would be along with his picture and a little information about him. Kinsman called about 15 minutes prior to arriving which was very nice. He was very professional and explained what the problem was and gave different options for repairing it. Within 2 hours he had the new spring mechanism and rollers installed. Kinsman was very polite and patient answering my questions. I would highly recommend Precision.
