Michael arrived on schedule, presented himself in a personable and professional manner and immediately got to work removing my old, broken garage door. It was very obvious hat he knows the removal and installation process very well. The installation involved reinforcing the supporting structure of the garage as well as removing the old door and installing the new one. At the end of 6 1/2 hours, my old door was out of sight on the truck and my new door was installed and fully operational. Excellent work and a beautiful job. All though the installtion process we were updated on the progress and at all times Michael was the cosummate professional remaining up beat and personable throughout the lengthy installation on a hot day.. If you're reading this review on the company's website you're in the right place to get your garage repair or installation done right. We were down visiting our summer house and an unexpected spring break on the garage door led us to check the Internet for door services and we found your business called made an appointment. The repair technician Kirby came out to repair the springs and noticed that I had a new door opener sitting on the garage floor and told me those garage door opener‘s are dunk that he could fix our current garage door opener so we went ahead with the repairs and had him fix the springs bearings serviced the door and repair the garage door opener with top quality work Kirby was a great technician.

I highly recommend Precision door service. They responded promptly to my request for a repair. The door would not respond to my remotes and when it did open it would not stay shut. Fortunetely the repairman, Issiah, knew what to do and repaired my sensor and the door now works great.

Shaun exceeded expectations. He replaced a broken garage door spring. When he tested the replacement, he felt that a stronger spring would be more reliable at a moderate price increase. These guys are absolutely AWESOME! Had my new door installed in a matter of hours. A month later after tremendous amounts of rain, my door would not stay shut. I called about it and they had a tech at my house in under an hour!!! A simple adjustment to the door and they were done in 10 minutes! KUDOS X10 For Precision Door Service!!!

I would like to comment on Eric Johnson.He never took a break except for water seeing that was one of the hottest we've had. He had to reinstall the entire function of the old door before he completely over before he could start the new door He started the procedure mid-morning and didn't leave until after 7:00 pm. His installation looks like piece of a beautiful art exhibit! Your company is so fortunate to have young of Eric's work. I wold happily give him a 5 across the board. Brantley
