I have had on-going, but intermittent problems with my garage door with "repairs" made by contractors for my home warranties. Problems continued. I called Precision Sunday night and Monday morning I got a call and an appointment was set for late that afternoon. Tech Richard Jones called when he was on his way to my house. Very impressive young man: Knowledgeable, skilled, courteous. He diagnosed the problem and offer a variety of options. Only time will tell if he fixed the problem(s) so I will keep my fingers crossed.

Great job by Blake...is was very helpful and explaining the issue with the garage door motor and our options and what would help make the door open and close more efficiently.... with less noise!! He gave us three options, to pick from and explained each one. He finished in less time than he had estimate..... and a very NICE young man!!... We were very pleased with his service and the company!
