Joe Baggett was our technician for our garage door repair. He called and arrived 3 hours early which was much appreciated. My door was repaired by another service a few years ago. I had no idea how badly they performed the job until Joe finished. He was meticulously adjusting to ensure the door was working properly. The door has never operated so well! Technician could have solved my problem over the phone just by telling me that I need to change the code of the Garage opener. Instead I was charged $145 for changing the code for an unnecessary visit.

This is the only company that came right out and called back when I made the appointment. The person that came out was very thorough and knowledgeable. He gave me a very detailed, and less expensive, quote than others I have gotten in the past for less equipment. The only problem I had was they did not do any funding or payment plans so I have to get that separately. I have already given their info to several people to get quotes as well.

Great Company with Top Shelf service. They are the best in Garage Doors. I use them, my parents use them and most of my neighbors use them. Earlier today, company representative Joe diagnosed my problem, had all the replacement parts in his truck and professionally finished the job before he left. He even programmed my old car remote to operate the door. You may find cheaper but you won’t find a better garage door service company.
