I found Precision via a PC search for someone who could repair a broken spring on my garage door opener. I was impressed in the very positive reviews of Precision's repairs so I called them and, within three hours of my call, Technician Sam Blocker arrived at my home ready to assess the damage and repair it. One and a half hour later, Sam completed the repair and left the door opener running better than it has run before. During the whole process, Sam showed a professionalism, knowledge, and ability that you don't see much of these days. I highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door opener repairs.

Joe Baggett was our technician for our garage door repair. He called and arrived 3 hours early which was much appreciated. My door was repaired by another service a few years ago. I had no idea how badly they performed the job until Joe finished. He was meticulously adjusting to ensure the door was working properly. The door has never operated so well! It’s so much smoother and quieter than it’s ever been. I definitely recommend Precision for your garage door repairs.

Technician could have solved my problem over the phone just by telling me that I need to change the code of the Garage opener. Instead I was charged $145 for changing the code for an unnecessary visit.

Awesome. Tech showed up on time, was super knowledgeable, and friendly. Tech assured me that if I had any questions or concerns I could reach out to them with any questions. The visit was quick and efficient, not time consuming at all. The tech then supplied me with 3 quotes so I could pick out what package I wanted. Would recommend them to anyone.
