The repair man did the evaluation. I did not tell me that my garage door opener had no remote compatible with it until after I paid him to make my garage door go up and down the pontes he did evaluation which I paid $50 for but did not tell me the whole evaluation until I paid him the hundred dollars to fix my door, so I have a garage door opener that has no remote compatible with it. Had I known that I would not have fixed it to go down would’ve simply bought a newer model so that I could have a garage door remote to go with it. I do This is a Precision problem. I think it was a technician problem who wasn’t completely honest, in his work.

I was impressed in the very positive reviews of Precision's repairs so I called them and, within three hours of my call, Technician Sam Blocker arrived at my home ready to assess the damage and repair it. One and a half hour later, Sam completed the repair and left the door opener running better than it has run before. During the whole process, Sam showed a professionalism, knowledge, and ability that you don't see much of these days. I highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door opener repairs.
