Cameron was very professional in that he immediately was able to diagnose the problem with my garage door opener. I was fully prepared to purchase a completely new unit , but thankfully, that wasn't the case! Cameron took time to explain each step he performed so that if the problem was to re-occur, I will be able to recognize it. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again..... GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I cannot thank Tommy enough for coming out the same day and fixing our problem. Not only did he do a fantastic job doing a full door overhaul but did it in neck breaking speed. Within 45 minutes he replaced all components and had the door moving on the track like a boss! I will definitely recommend them in the future for anyone who needs door assistance.

Tommy Mitchell called to let me know when to expect him and arrived as promised. Unfortunately, between the time he called and the time he arrived (30 min.) my husband and I were called to an emergency. Tommy didn't miss a beat - he started performing the 25 point check and made his recommendations to my sister, whom we had left in charge. Mr. Mitchell was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I am now the proud owner of new auto motor and belt and a garage door that opens AND closes. As far as I am concerned, Precision lives up to their 5 star reputation.

We contacted Precision for an estimate. Tommy inspected our garage door and opener and provided options for repairing the existing door and opener--or installation of new products. Today, I received an estimate for two garage doors and associated gear. The estimate seemed reasonable. Tommy was the service tech that came out today to fix the garage door spring and cables ro be fixed. Very professional with call in the morning stating approximate time he would be there and a text with his picture on it so I know it would be him. He did his inspection and provided me with a quote. Mr. Tommy finished in a timely manner. Would recommend them.

When the repair was completed, I asked the technician several times about the battery backup in April 2019. After the hurricane, I discovered I had no battery backup. The unit mal functioned and today was the service visit. The technician stated 2 reasons for the malfunction: 1. Employee error. 2. Equipment should have had a recall. They have haf numerous calls for the same malfunction. With the power outage, the unit lost its short term memory. Yet, I was still charged a service visit. The technician asked if I wanted battery backup for a $100 cost. I refused because I am not certain if I will do business with Lrecision again. He stated they would send me a PDF file on how to troubleshoot the unit. I am waiting to see if they are going to send it to me or if this is more telling the customer what they want to hear.
