I highly recommend Precision door service. They responded promptly to my request for a repair. The door would not respond to my remotes and when it did open it would not stay shut. Fortunetely the repairman, Issiah, knew what to do and repaired my sensor and the door now works great.

Shaun exceeded expectations. He replaced a broken garage door spring. When he tested the replacement, he felt that a stronger spring would be more reliable at a moderate price increase. Our problems lead us to agree based on my engineering knowledge. Shaun installed a stronger spring. The door has worked flawlessly ever since.

These guys are absolutely AWESOME! Had my new door installed in a matter of hours. A month later after tremendous amounts of rain, my door would not stay shut. I would like to comment on Eric Johnson.He never took a break except for water seeing that was one of the hottest we've had. He had to reinstall the entire function of the old door before he completely over before he could start the new door He started the procedure mid-morning and didn't leave until after 7:00 pm. His installation looks like piece of a beautiful art exhibit! Your company is so fortunate to have young of Eric's work. I wold happily give him a 5 across the board. Brantley
