Joe Baggett was our technician for our garage door repair. He called and arrived 3 hours early which was much appreciated. My door was repaired by another service a few years ago. I had no idea how badly they performed the job until Joe finished. He was meticulously adjusting to ensure the door was working properly. The door has never operated so well! We were contacted to come to the property to perform service and were unaware that you would have liked tech support for this issue as this was the first time we had been to that property and were unsure of what could have been causing your phantom operation. In the future, if you are in need of tech support, you can mention it when you call in or reach out to Chamberlain, the manufacturer of your operator. We at Precision Door pride ourselves on providing excellence in customer service, and we are saddened to see we missed the bar with you. 

Spring broke a a friday afternoon assumed door would be out until Monday. Precision had a tech Richard here within an hour . Door fixed weekend is mine. Thanks Richard and Precision Door.

This is the only company that came right out and called back when I made the appointment. The person that came out was very thorough and knowledgeable. He gave me a very detailed, and less expensive, quote than others I have gotten in the past for less equipment. The only problem I had was they did not do any funding or payment plans so I have to get that separately. I have already given their info to several people to get quotes as well.
