This is the easiest and most pleasant company to work with that I have run across in a very long time, they are punctual and very experienced in providing a great product. I called yesterday morning about having some one come out and hear what my door issues were, with in an hour I was emailed with the man’s name that would be coming out and the time he would be here. He showed up as planned and listened and suggested options and supplied me with a detailed quote in 10 minutes. I agreed with it and had an installer at my door two hours later. Justin the installer was very knowledgeable, professional and experienced, and went to work immediately. He worked into the evening replacing everything but the door panel and rail,ensuring everything worked as it should before he left. I was very impressed with him as well as my experience with Percision Door Company. I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you.

I would 100% not only recommend this company to everyone, but will only do business with them in the future. There was no high-pressure sales pitch and, in fact, I wound up saving money over one previous estimate I had already gotten. To add to that, the technician actually found a problem that had not been noted before, and I still paid less than the first estimate. My technician was Joe B. and he was phenomenal. He was very straightforward, low-key, and friendly. I immediately felt like I could trust him and that he was very knowledgeable in this business. In a lot of instances regarding repairs that I need, I’m always glad to get them finally handled, but usually wind up feeling slightly taken advantage of. That is completely the opposite of how I felt today. I was definitely glad to get the job done (and in a timely manner, I might add), but I was left feeling good and comfortable about the whole situation.

I am very thankful for Joe. He came at a very vulnerable time for my mother and I. As soon as he arrived, he greeted us and checked out what was going on with the garage door. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was able to explain to us what was happening with the door and even was able to recommend the best options for our particular situation. Didn't listen, wouldn't shut up and kept correcting me. Spoke to me using their industry lingo, wanted $900 labor to remove old opener and install new one. And put one of their stickers on my garage door. Will never call them again.
