Richard Jones was my technician. He was very knowledgeable about all things garage door related! He explained what went wrong and what needed to be done to get it working properly again. One of the springs broke and needed replacing so I decided to upgrade some of the other parts as well which included a 10-year warranty. He worked quickly and quietly to get it done. Good fast service. Only one negative, my door was about à month and 1/2 past the one year warranty so I had to pay for the repair, they did take off the service call fee.. moral is call immediately when you have an issue, we might have been in warranty.
