Our tech, Blake, was very knowledgeable and took time explaining what was needed for the repair. After he gave us several options for the repair, we were able to decide without feeling pressured. The work was done the same day and took exactly the amount of time he said. Everything was picked up and clean as if he hadn't been there. And OMG, now our door is sooo quiet and opens so easily. I was impressed in the very positive reviews of Precision's repairs so I called them and, within three hours of my call, Technician Sam Blocker arrived at my home ready to assess the damage and repair it. One and a half hour later, Sam completed the repair and left the door opener running better than it has run before. Joe Baggett was our technician for our garage door repair. He called and arrived 3 hours early which was much appreciated. My door was repaired by another service a few years ago.
