I was having garage door problems and contacted Precision Garage Door about my issue. They were quick to schedule me on a day while I was off work. Joe arrived at my house and went above and beyond the issue I was having. Not only did he replace my sensors with new ones, he also adjusted the chain on the garage door so there wasn’t a lot of slack and also lowered the motor from the ceiling. Coincidentally, he also adjusted the spring since that part was under warranty. Precision Garage Door is very professional and their techs are very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone that is experiencing garage door problems.

These guys were fabulous. I was ill and could not reattach the garage door to the emergency release. My husband was out of town. So, knowing they were going to charge me a service call fee I called anyway. They connected it back and checked functionality and did not charge me a service fee. I have used them in the past and was greatly satisfied then also.

I was surprised when I called late Friday afternoon right after my 20-year-old garage door opener started humming loudly just before smoke came rolling out of the motor, that Precision Door could respond and replace the opener the next day, Saturday. Technician Antonio called me an hour and a half before arriving. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and had me up and running again in anout two hours.
