We required a complete makeover (New garage door, trim, operator motor, etc.) in our home. He called prior to arrival with an ETA, sent a text with his picture (so we would know who to expect at our door), assessed our situation (broken spring and NOISY old chain motor), thoroughly explained several options, and quickly took our set-up from 1996 into the future—the ONLY thing that slowed him down was me not being able to remember our wi-fi password.
