There were two gentlemen who were a part of repairing my garage door and I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from both . The first guy observed the door and explained what he thought needed to be done to fix it . He also explained different things that I could replace now to prevent further malfunctions and I thanked him and took his advice . The second gentlemen replaced all necessary parts in a short period of time and didn't leave anything for me to clean up . So , "whoops there it is" , your guys were awesome and I have already recommended y'all to my neighbors to the left and to the right , peace to you and have a great day .

I called and he came the very next day prepared to repair or replace. I opted for a new system; he removed the old system and installed the new system, and hauled the old system away.

I have had on-going, but intermittent problems with my garage door with "repairs" made by contractors for my home warranties. Problems continued. I called Precision Sunday night and Monday morning I got a call and an appointment was set for late that afternoon. Tech Richard Jones called when he was on his way to my house. Very impressive young man: Knowledgeable, skilled, courteous. He diagnosed the problem and offer a variety of options. Only time will tell if he fixed the problem(s) so I will keep my fingers crossed.
