I rated Precision 5 stars for their excellent response from "Let's Chat " on their web site late Wednesday night. It was excellent response Dispatcher called me Thursday morning , he said a technician could be there at 10 PM today. The Technician William Squares arrived on time diagnosed the problem, gave me the options of repair or replacement with all cost. I required authorization from my Home Warranty company if over a certain cost. He and I spoke to the company and received authorization to proceed, The opener was repaired and the broken spring was replaced. Mr Squires was very professional and well mannered. This company is second to none. You call they haul !

I called this morning assuming I wouldn't be able to get anyone out until Monday. I was surprised to get same day service. Michael called me to tell me he was running late, called to tell me when he was on the way, and arrived at the time he stated. He was so nice and knowledgeable. He presented me with several options and allowed me to select the service I wanted without a heavy handed sales pitch. I was extremely satisfied with the service. His attention to detail was excellent. He did not leave until he was sure I was completely satisfied. All I can say is I'm super happy and wish I received this kind of service from all my repairs! Hopefully I won't need to call again since I have a brand new system but if I do I know I will receive exceptional service!! I highly recommend your company!!!! I have used another company in the past and realize now that I wasted my money!

My tenant called to say the old garage door was broken and she could operate it. I had no idea who to call about it so I googled and Precision was the first one to come up. I took a chance and called them. I had a technician at the house within a couple of hours. He evaluated the problem and told me that it could be fixed, but it would be a "bandaid" kind of fix. He showed me the options and prices for a new door (which really was the right answer in this case), and we scheduled for a couple days away.
